SHIELD acronym change?

When did SHIELD first get the revised acronym "Strategic Hazard Intervention Espionage Logistics Directorate"? I know it was post-"Nick Fury vs SHIELD", but I can't seem to narrow it down any further.

Obviously, if Daron hadn't come up with that, he would've had to change his screen name in disgrace...
