Hello...can anyone tell me if this March, 1983 one-shot is considered part of the Marvel Universe canon?

GCD says it's an adaptation from the concurrent IH cartoon, so probably not.

This was an adaptation of a Hulk episode from the 1980s animated series. One of my favorites episodes.
