Name that villain in SOV 23

On page 8, panel 4 of SOV 23, we see Centurious, Witch Woman, Carver, and one
other villain, a guy with a mask and hairy mane. Who is this?

No idea, I'd have to search surrounding Centurious appearances to see whom he hangs out with.

Looking at SOV 9, the creature appears on Carver's shoulder. It seems to be his pet.

Yes! I've checked SOV 9 and GR3 42 and indeed, that is Carver's pet cyborg monkey, who apparently doesn't have a name. Many thanks, JLH.
