Hand and Hydra in W2 #126-128?

Hand ninjas (generic) and Hydra troops (generic) appear in W2 #126-128, dated July-Sept 1998.

What are their last and next apps?

For reference, Elektra was cancelled with #19 in June 1998, and Fury/Agent 13 #2 came out in July 1998.

I don't have some of the issues in which Hand members likely appear at this time, so I'm not much help there. (I'm sure there are appearances other than this W2 issues between Elektra #14 and Iron Fist: Wolverine #1.)

A good bet for previous Hydra appearance is CA3 6 (June 1998). Next appearance is probably W2 131, and perhaps after that in Thunderbolts #0 (February 1999).

Paul -- or anyone -- can you confirm that Hydra DOES NOT appear in CA3 #7?

Unless you count the Skrull who was previously known as the Sensational Hydra, then yes, there are no HYDRA agents in Captain America #7 (July, 1998).
