In the WX2 series, Mr. Sinister posed as a scientist named Dr. Windsor. The MCP lists him as "Robert Windsor," but I can't find where he's called "Robert" in the comics.
Where is his alias' first name revealed?

You just listed all of his appearances, didn't you. 
I already checked those. That's what I meant when I said that I couldn't find it in the comics. I might have missed something in there, and I should probably check again, but I feel like it may have been revealed in dialogue elsewhere.
It's definitely not in Wolverine #173. I'm working on that issue right now.
