Elixir in DA 8?

According to the X-Men Index TPB, Elixir's next appeareance after Dark Avengers/Uncanny X-Men: Utopia is Dark Avengers #8. In DA 8, X-Force raids Alcatraz, but I don't see Josh Foley with the team. Am I missing him somewhere?

He's not with X-Force. He's in the background of the crowd shot on page 13. To the left of Dust.

Speaking of Elixir...

At the end of XFOR3 25, Cyclops asks Logan about the status of X-Force. Logan replies, "...Warpathg's out. He's made his peace. Elixir's gone, too. He's having a hard time staying gold, apparently."

Indeed, neither Warpath nor Elixir appear again as members of X-Force in the pages of the X-Force comic. However, I have reason to think that they appear with the team in other comics after this point -- namely the story arcs in HULK 14-18 and X-FORCE: SEX + VIOLENCE 1-3.

The X-Men Index TPB notes Elixir's next appearance after Utopia as XFOR3 13 and C3 13. These issues are part of a story arc in which Elixir ends up in a coma. He isn't brought out of the coma until XFOR3 23, which continues directly into XFOR3 24-25.

The X-Men Index TPB notes Prodigy's next appearance after Exodus as DP4 16, and I believe DP4 16-18 must occur before HULK 14-18 (although I can't recall why, off-hand). Since Elixir's dance card is full from Exodus through XFOR3 25, his appearance in HULK 17 must occur after XFOR3 25.

If Warpath and Elixir can appear with X-Force in HULK 14-18 after XFOR3 25, I suppose they could appear in SEX + VIOLENCE as well, since that mini was published several months after XFOR3 25.

Thoughts?

Can we open a gap before the final scene of X-Force #25?

There's a gap of "48 hours" between pages 22 and 23 of XFOR3 25. Logan reports to Scott on page 23. He notes that Domino and Vanisher are vacationing in Brazil. He also insists that X-23 is off the team, but she still shows up in XFOR3 after issue #25. This scene appears to be a period of decompression from the events of Necrosha.

Domino's appearance in HULK 14-17 is over the course of two days. Her appearance in XFOR:S&V 1-3 occurs over a period of a week (one day, "a few days" later, the day after that, and "two days" after that).

My first instinct is to ignore the hell out of the "48 hours" caption.

Is it possible for that Hulk story arc and Sex + Viiolence to occur between Exodus and XFOR3 13? The chronology would be:

Dark Avengers/X-Men Utopia/Exodus arc
Then DP4 16-18 (in which Prodigy appears)
Then HULK 14-17 (Elixir's next app after Exodus would be in HULK 17)
Then XFOR:S&V 1-3 (Elixir w/ X-Force)
Then XFOR3 13 and Messiah War (Elixir falls into coma)
Then Necrosha (Elixir out of coma and finishes w/ X-Force in XFOR3 25)

The answer affects Elixir's Handbook update.

The Hulk arc is right in the middle of that lengthy stretch of time where She-Hulk is a prisoner of the Illuminati (from IHulk #600-611).

Didn't we have to jump through some hoops to figure out where that goes, given that she kept appearing elsewhere in the Marvel Universe at that time? I'd be leery of moving the Hulk arc around willy-nilly without checking the knock-on effects.

And personally, no, I wouldn't want to put anything between Utopia and X-Force #13. Things are pretty tightly packed in there already. (Remember, X-Force #13 was originally intended to occur *before* Utopia -- but it couldn't, largely because of Elixir's coma. The best we could do was put it very soon afterwards.)

Guys:

From H2 600-611, Shulkie was a prisoner of the *Intelligentsia*, not the Illuminati. Just saying... :D

So then, there's no problem with opening the gap in XFOR3 25 wider to accommodate the Hulk arc and Sex and Violence? In that case, all we're doing is moving the final page of XFOR3 25 to a later spot; that shouldn't have a big impact on the rest of the MU.
