I've stumbled upon an unknown character (to me at least) in Avengers Children's Crusade #9. Does anyone know who the woman is behind Captain America on the page before last, second panel. She seems to to have blond/white/pink short hair with sunglasses and a dark body suit. She looks like Maria Hill, but Hill has black hair.

Maybe she's Quake?

Yes, that would make more sense than Hill. The hair color could be noted down as "artistic freedom".

I assumed it was Hawkeye in his new suit.

True, it looks more like a feminine version of Hawkeye in his new costume. It's without the best choice of the three options.
