I've just read HERC v1 #7 and #8, which include Storm, Wolverine, Emma Frost and Gambit. The Herc-issues are part of Spider-Island. The X-Men make it very clear that they are in New York because they've just dealt with the Lizard, as depicted in X-MEN v3 #7-10.

Shouldn't the whole of X-MEN v3 #7-15 be placed after Fear Itself and before Spider-Island? A period which is quite cluttered...

If you want we can start moving things now, I can, but we might want to wait until the Wolverine index comes out. That should narrow many things down quite a bit. I'm running low on energy on the arguing placement side of things. I'll look at it, but your placement sounds correct.

I moved the "Wolverine Revenge" arc to after Alpha Flight v4 and between "The Fearless," based on the other thread, but this could go to the opposite side of the arc depending on what they decide in the Wolverine Index.

I also made the correction you suggested, which moved the other X-Men v3 arcs between "Spider Island" and "Schism", though this may have to be adjusted by whats going on in the FF stories. My brain hurts.

I'm going to move the FF no. 3-11 to after their appearance in X-Men v3 to accommodate Doom. Does anyone have any suggestions to put breaks in FF or keep it as a whole?

Shouldn't CHAOS WAR been moved to before NEW AVENGERS v2? This because Brother Voodoo appears in Chaos War and if I'm not mistaken he died in #6 of New Avengers v2. Or am I missing something?

Yes, that's right. Jericho's appearance in Age of Heroes #1/2 (which occurs after Siege tie-in New Avengers: Finale #1) also must occur before New Avengers v2 #1 for the same reason.

Frans and Paul, could you give me where you want these specifically in comparison to the other issues on the list, instead of in general.

I moved the New Avengers v2 based on our discussion in the Doctor Strange thread.

I added in Annihilators: Earthfall based on the clues from the Red Hulk thread to see if they would match with Thing, Wolverine. I think its a sound placing.

So I had a thought. Would we want to just extend our list through Regenesis to Avengers vs X-Men? There aren't that many X-issues that came out between the two, and I think they'd be relatively easy to place.

For that matter, it wouldn't be too hard to place the rest of Avengers and New Avengers either as those don't have a lot of issues between the end of our list and AvX. When I get home from work, I'd be up for starting a skeleton of a list to be appended to the original post.

I've been doing some individual listings for X-Men characters and starting off Wolverine and the X-Men #1-3 need to come before the Astonishing issues, because Warbird arrives on Earth in Wolverine and the X-Men no.1 with Kid Gladiator.

My preliminary thinking on this is that there is a gap between no.3 and 4 where a lot of Wolverine must fit. Kitty is infected by the Brood at the end of no.4, which leads into no.5, and no.5-8 lead into Avengers vs. X-Men, with Wolverine being crippled in-between.
