Colonel, can there be a gap between the FF Annual and the other annuals that would allow Logan to wear his Astonishing uniform at the appropriate point in time? The only temporal reference noted so far is that the FF Annual was noted as having occurred "recently" in the DD Annual. I think that reference is open to interpretation.

At the end of the FF Annual, Ben and Johnny decide to order a pizza. At the start of the DD Annual, Daredevil overhears Ben and Johnny ordering the pizza.

Not only that, but Dr. Strange outlines the events of the FF Annual and the DD Annual in the Wolverine Annual as a straight line of uninterrupted events. The grave cracked open (FF) which caught Dr. Strange's attention, the energy (Vincent) travelled from the grave through a satellite to New York and inhabited Starr Saxon's old plastoid robot (DD) which leads into Vincent killing the archeologist in the museum (and the reason the archeologist is there is because of the events of the DD Annual) and trying to inhabit Wolverine's body in the museum (W) before his energy form disperses. Vincent broke out of his grave to inhabit Wolveirne's body, and he only has so much time to do it... one night, basically.

So no, there is no gap. All three Annuals happen in the same night.

Ok, then. So we're talking about a spot between FF 550 and WWH 1, which I think is a pretty tight fit. It may be safe to say that this crossover is the only FF appearance between those two events, which occur in pretty quick succession.
