Marvel Chronology Project

Annex is a character who only very briefly interacts with other Marvel Universe characters. However, he interacts with both Spiderman and Vengeance, who also interact with each other at around the same time. Spiderman and Vengeance appear together in GR48. Annex and Vengeance appear together in M/CP 153/3 thru M/CP 155/3. Annex and Spiderman appear together in ANNEX 1, 3 and 4. The problem with the Annex chronology comes when compared with the Vengeance and Spiderman chronologies. Vengeance chronology shows Annex teaming with Vengeance in M/CP 153-155 before Vengeance teams with Spiderman in GR48. Spiderman chronology shows Annex teaming with Spiderman in ANNEX 1, 3 and 4 after GR48. Annex chronology lists his limited series before his appearance in MCP, but in Vengeance chronology Annex appears before GR48. In Spiderman chronology, Annex appears in his limited series after GR 48, which makes the Annex chronology of the limited series and the MCP appears backwards. All three character relationships need to be examined to get the correct sequence of events.

The publication order is GR3 48 (April), M/CP 153-155 (May), ANNEX 1-4 (August-November), all '94.

That said, M/CP 153-155 takes place before GR3 48 for Vengeance.

Comparing Spider-Man to Vengeance, the overall order seems to be M/CP 153-155, GR3 48, ANNEX 1-4.
