Is the Void sliver consistently shown in her head throughout the entire thing? I asked upthread, curious to see if the Void thing was an error or not. You said she's always seen in diamond form, so at least we don't have a blatant inconsistency there.

I think you and I are looking at the same spot for a gap -- after Magneto's arrival, but before the Predator X's attack. I had accidentally called this "UX #515" earlier, but I see now that it's #516. (Sorry; I'm swamped with other stuff right now and doing this all from memory.) I'd prefer to punch a gap here rather than assume that the Cuckoos recovered off-panel and then were knocked out again...

Assuming that we take the Void sliver clue at face value, it looks like we may have identified the likeliest spot for Necrosha. (And by extension, X-Men Legacy #228-230 & Annual, and X-Force v3 #12-20, which all occur between Utopia and Necrosha.)
