The first story takes place in between DRSTR2 13 and DRSTR2 19. The other stories are more difficult to place.
Col_Fury wrote:Spider-Man: Fever #1 (June 2010)

This takes place before Strange lost the mantle of Sorcerer Supreme, but other than that, there aren't many placement clues.

Hulk v4 #10-12 (April-June 2010)
The Dr. Strange who appears here is plucked from the past by the Grandmaster, and there aren't a lot of clues to narrow this down in Strange's chronology very precisely.
I am an Avengers #1 & #2/3 (November-December 2010)
My notes say that IAAA 1 must occur after NA2 7 (Avengers Mansion is restored from damage seen in that issue)and that IAAA 2/3 must occur after SECA 4 (since Valkyrie is an Avenger).

Thanks. For now, I'll just assume all the stories are set in the past (relative to the comic's publication date).

New Avengers #51-54 is where Dr. Strange loses the "Sorcerer Supreme" title, and those comics were published a year before Spider-Man: Fever. So at the very least, we can say Fever takes place in the past, but how far in the past?

A quick flip through Fever #1 and I see Adrian Toomes as the Vulture. The last time I recall Toomes active as the Vulture was Punisher War Journal #15 (from 2008) and then he's in prison in ASM #594 (from 2009, the same year as NA #51-54). Also, Dr. Strange seems (I know, I know) to have no trouble with his hands here, so this may be before he broke his hands in WWHulk (from 2007). WWHulk rang a bell for me about this:
Col_Fury wrote:FF Annual #33, DD Annual #1 & W Annual #1 (September-October 2012)
Which was discussed here: Fantastic Four Annual v1 #33

We ended up deciding these Annuals took place shortly before WWHulk. Spider-Man: Fever *MAY* take place there, also. BUT, in Fever #3, Spider-Man notices that Dr. Strange makes the same hand gestures when casting spells that Spider-Man makes when shooting webs. Now, this was probably just a Ditko joke, but how long did it take Spider-Man to notice this? Could this be a clue that Fever takes place early in Spider-Man's career? (I dunno, probably not) For now though, I feel safe in saying that Fever at least takes place before WWHulk.

Sweet. Does Dr. Voodoo appear in either of these stories?

All of Chaos War should happen at least before the death of Dr Voodoo. So this should take place before New Avengers v2 #1 and after Siege.

Yes he is. In the end fight scene as also depicted in Fear Itself #7.

Col_Fury wrote:New Mutants v3 #44 & #48-50 (August-December 2012)

Believe it's the real version in all issues. We've discussed the #44 appearance in a Defenders v5 thread. Although it was probably intended by the writer to let the Defenders appearing in New Mutants #44, the whole Defenders v5 was an alternate reality as shown in the last issue of the series. The appearance of Strange, Silver Surfer and Iron Fist in New Mutants #44 still can happen, but not as Defenders.

New Mutants v3 #48 and $49 happen before AvX, because of appearance Kubark. Kubark leaves Earth in Wolverine & The X-Men #15 (during AvX). New Mutants v3 #50 happens after AvX. There's an anecdote between Moonstar and Wolverine about "After Scott" and that "Slim was on the money with Moonstar, that he believed in her".

Hulk 10-12: The Grandmaster plucks Namor, the Surfer and Hulk after they have suffered the loss of their loved one (Dorma, Shalla-Bal, Jarella) with the promise to reunite them (just as he did with Kang in Avengers 69-71) so I suppose he plucked Strange from a similar time

Fever: I understood this to be the classic characters so I'd put it early but not too early as Spider-Man already seems familiar with magical dimensions
He reads the Daily Bugle on page 1 so this is before it becomes the DB during the Brand New day era.

Not 100% sure, but Curse of the Mutants happens after Second Coming. And I presume that New Avengers v2 (first issues) happen before Second Coming. Chaos War happens before New Avengers v2 (Doctor Voodoo appears in CW). Therefore AFTER Chaos War.

Cyclops tried contacting both Strange and Voodoo, but couldn't get a hold of either. So I don't think either would get a BTS, unless they made contact.

Actually, here's the dialogue:
Emma: "Perhaps Doctor Strange would know something? Or Doctor Voodoo?"
Scott: "I already tried them. Nothing."

I interpret this to mean that Cyclops succeeded in contacted them, but they had no information to share.

I have this between H2 635 and NA2 8.

That's a good interpretation, but wouldn't Cyclops have to talk to Voodoo before he dies in NA2 7?

Good job, Jason. :)

It sounds like Curse of the Mutants happens after Chaos War and before NA2 1-7, then.

Any idea if DD3 16 happens before or after AVX? Spider-Man appears earlier in this DD story, when is he switched with Dr. Octopus in relation to AVX?

Good catch, Jason. My notes for NA2 1 do indeed say that issue occurs after X:COTMS&G 1-FB; I just misplaced that Curse of the Mutants issue on the wrong page of my running chronology. *doh*

Doc Ock takes Peter's place after AVX.
