Iron Man appears at a surprise party for Captain America in CA 383. There’s nowhere for him to appear in A 330-FB & AWC 89-FB between pages of CA 383.
According to the Captain America Index TPB, the second CA 383 placement in Iron Man’s chronology is correct. So:
