Cap and Hawkeye both have their appearances in A 25 bookending flashbacks in A 145 and CA 301 wherein Cap trains Hawkeye in combat techniques. I'm thinking this goes between the time jump between A 25 (4:5, wherein Cap is doing a solo training session), and A 25 (4:6, where, "a few days later," Pietro and Wanda get a letter claiming they have an aunt in Latveria). Therefore, for both Cap and Hawkeye:
