The fb takes place in sequence between the non-fb appearances. I wonder, is it necessary to mention it?

(5) A doctor tells Thor how his assistant became the Cobra
(6) Cobra arrives in the USA

Since the flashback doesn't affect the sequence of his appearances, why not just keep:
