What happens in TG 10 (13-16)-FB?

What is the photo of in TG 10 (11:6-12:1)?

TG 13-16 is a continuation of their origin sequence in FF #1 (retold on page 12 of TG 10)

They see a helicopter coming, ask Ben to hide, Reed addresses the soldiers enbsuring they have security clearance, Ben shows himself, the soldiers shoot at him, the Thing grabs a trunk to fight back, the Torch and Reed intervene with their powers, the soldiers start to flee, Sue reasons the soldiers, everybody goes aboard the helicopter.

FF 11-FB retells their origin and adds a panel where Richards tries to signal a passing plane with his extended arm. It has to take place after FF 1 origin and before Thing 10-FB. He's the only one seen in this panel.

I don't know what ST 101-FB is. Very likely a retelling of the FF origin, with maybe some new material expanding the sequence.

The photo is just a photo of the four characters in civilian clothes at the time of FF 1. Nothing happens.
