The only break in IM2 11 for Iron Man to appear in other comics is after he time-travels with Dr. Doom and before Rebel’s funeral. So, between pages 18-19.
We’re also missing some appearances in IM2 11. Dr. Doom and Iron Man travel through time and see various past events. Characters that appear that we don’t currently have listed are Onslaught, Teen Tony Stark, Dr. Doom (prev 3 during Onslaught), Pharoah Rama-Tut (see below) and Galactus (Heroes Reborn version, -BTS inside his ship). We do have Iron Man, Hulk and Thor (during Avengers #1) listed, but this isn’t a flashback. Also, we have to clean up Thing’s appearance here during FF #5.
When Iron Man and Dr. Doom travel to Egypt’s past, and editor’s note points to FF #17. Well, Rama-Tut didn’t appear until FF #19. Also, Pharoah Rama-Tut recognizes Dr. Doom in IM2 11 and speaks to him like they’ve met before. Well, they didn’t meet until Rama-Tut became the Scarlet Centurion. So, this has to be one of his “returns” as Rama-Tut. Luckily, he’s Rama-Tut in Cable v2 #32 and Cable v2 #57, and IM2 11 was published between those two comics. Yay!
Also, according to the Iron Man Index we have FF2 10 in the wrong spot for Dr. Doom.
