This issue's split for the Black Panther (T'Challa), Hawkeye (Barton), Iron Man (Stark), the Scarlet Witch, and the Vision (Shade), by an appearance in M/TU 7 (which is BTS for the Panther, Hawkeye, and the Vision), wherein time is stopped by an Asgardian troll named Kryllk for all but Thor and Spider-Man, the former of whom protected them with a Mjolnir-made dimensional vortex. Thor and Spidey show up at Avengers Mansion, where Wanda, Fandral, and Iron Man are in the monitor room time-frozen (Fandral's there since a number of Asgardians are bunking at the mansion). Wanda's seated at one of the consoles in M/TU 7, which leads me to believe this is the moment during which Wanda is watching a news report Jarvis taped for her that may be a clue to the location of the then-missing Quicksilver (19:6 - 19:7). Wanda's also seen in the monitor room in the beginning of the issue, but this immediately precedes Fandral about to go out on the town with the rest of the mansion's Asgardian houseguests, all of whom are in mortal attire, whereas Fandral is in Asgardian garb in M/TU 7, so I'm leaning more towards the insertion point being in the scene closer to the issue's end. Plus, Thor and Sif are mentioned following the later scene as having left the mansion to attend to an errand, which would get Thor away from the mansion in order to run into Peter Parker taking out a couple of muggers as seen in M/TU 7.
