A 109

A 109's split for Black Panther (T'Challa), Iron Man (Stark), Thor, and the Vision (Shade) by a number of titles (in Thor's case, a very large number of them), and the Vision's split is into three segments instead of the usual two. The story involves Hawkeye leaving the Avengers after getting his heart broken by the Scarlet Witch's entering into a relationship with the Vision, and being duped by Imus Champion into teaching him archery as part of his scheme to sink California (very Rube Goldberg of him, I must say). There's a significant time jump between pages 9 and 10, wherein Clint spends "weeks" training Champion, which seems a good place for the split for T'Challa, Tony, and Thor.

The Vision's split, however, is a three-way split. The first split is caused by a cameo in T 208 where the Warriors Three visit him while he's on monitor duty. I'm thinking the best spot to insert this scene is between panels 3 and 4 of page 9:

A 109 (5:4 - 6-4): Iron Man comments on Wanda and the Vision's newfound affection for one another...
--(6:5 - 7:5): ...a sight that sets off Hawkeye and prompts the archer to leave the mansion...
--(7:6 - 8:3): ...where he meets Champion and accepts his invitation to train him in archery.
--(8:4 - 8:5): After a cross-country flight...
--(9:1 - 9:3): ...they arrive at Champion's compound in California, where Champion prepares to forge a letter telling the Avengers (as Hawkeye), that he's taking some time off.
--(9:4): We then time-jump, where we see Wanda in the middle of reading the forged letter to the Vision, Iron Man, and the Panther. Since the letter probably took a few days to arrive in the mail, I'm thinking this is the optimal spot to insert the T 208 scene.
