Hi all,
Loki's appearance in T 272 is shown by the MCP as occurring in Thor's then-current chronology, but that doesn't make sense -- he only appears in a flashback that Thor himself references as taking place "long ago." Additionally, since Loki also makes reference to Thor "lacking humility" in said flashback, that suggests it's taking place sometime before Don Blake ever appeared.
I don't know the flashback continuity well enough to suggest where in particular it would be (other than after Thor gets Mjolnir), but I don't think it belongs where it's currently listed. Thoughts?

Maybe if you look where Thor has his own flashback, you'll see where Loki's take place.

That doesn't help; the flashback in T 272 isn't currently placed in the MCP placed for Thor, either.Leoparis wrote:Maybe if you look where Thor has his own flashback, you'll see where Loki's take place.
Also, the Midgard Serpent only appears in the flashback, and yet T 272 is placed in the current day for him/it/whatever, also.
According to the recent Thor Index, this flashback takes place after Thor: Godstorm #2 for Loki, and between T@ 18-FB and CM5 17-FB for Thor.tlynch wrote:I don't know the flashback continuity well enough to suggest where in particular it would be (other than after Thor gets Mjolnir), but I don't think it belongs where it's currently listed. That would be before Don Blake for Thor, but after Don Blake for Loki. Hmn.
