Avengers 25 Fantastic Four

I'm looking in the late 80's Marvel Indexes and they list the FF appearances in Avengers 25 as occurring during FF 50. I see that both here and in the most recent Avengers index that that appearance occurs before FF 44. So do the stories in Avengers 21-25 occur earlier than previously thought, or do the stories in FF 44-50 occur later?

The reason for moving them earlier is that Marvels 3 depicts Attuma's flood in Avengers 26-27 as taking place before FF 48-50.

So now I'm looking at Marvels 3. The Hulk's attack on the White House in TTA 75 is also said to have happened before FF 48. So shouldn't Uatu's appearances in TTA 73-75 be listed before FF 48-50?
