Avengers Fairy Tales

I see Avengers Fairy Tales is placed in the out-of-continuity list in the FAQ.
What about #1 (last page) and #4 (first and last pages) ?
I found the start of a discussion in the forum but nothing explaining why they should be out of continuity.

I see no particular reason why these shouldn't be in-continuity either. AFT 1 is the Scarlet Witch narrating a story to some children, AFT 4 is a dream sequence of She-Hulk's framed by her & the Wasp fighting Whirlwind.

IIRC, Paul B suggested between A 180 and IM 114 for the Scarlet Witch in AFT 1, while we were looking at shortly before S-H3 1 for the She-Hulk/Wasp/Whirlwind fight from AFT 4.
