Before we get to the split listings, let's correct an error in Fu Manchu's chronology.
One of the FB's in DHKF 5 is listed just before MOKF 1, but there's no such book. That should be DHKF 1, not MOKF 1.

Fu Manchu oversees a sparring match between Kwai Loo and Shang-Chi. It occurs between DHKF 1-FB and DHKF 11-FB.
DHKF 5 (9:2 - 9:7)-FB
Kwai Loo escapes from Fu Manchu's services. It occurs days after Fu Manchu sends Shang-Chi on his mission to London, so between SM/E 15 and DHKF 1.
DHKF 5 (10:1 - 10:5)-FB-BTS
Fu Manchu sends assassins to kill Kwai Loo. It occurs between DHKF 2 and IM 74-FB.
