The chronology for Spider-Man: Parallel Lives is, ironically, circular. Dr. Octopus's appearance takes place before his battle with Sandman and Hawkeye in Solo Avengers 17, which takes place before Sandman's appearance in Web of Spider-Man 50. Peter's appearance, on the other hand, takes place after Web of Spider-Man 58. I don't have Parallel Lives in front of me but pages 48-62 are the fight between Peter and Ock, right?

The problem appears to be that the decision was made to place Parallel Lives close to Acts of Vengeance because Peter and MJ moved out of May's house but nobody realized that Solo Avengers 17 has to be placed relatively early since Solo Avengers 18 takes place before WCA 42.
