Foggy Nelson and Daredevil in H2 279

Found a bit of confuzzlement looking at Daredevil and Foggy Nelson's chronology for this stretch of issues. Daredevil's chronology has his appearances in several issues, including H2 277-279, nestled between DD 185 and 186, while Foggy's has his appearance in H2 279 in between DD 184 and 185. I checked H2 279 to see if there was a possible time-jump that would allow both characters to appear where their appearances are slotted in, but Daredevil and Foggy only appear in one scene simultaneously on page 7, with Foggy being interviewed by Barbara Walters at the Hulk's amnesty celebration in panel 4, and Daredevil perched above the crowd atop a building ledge, a thought balloon indicating he just heard what Foggy said to Barbara.
