Question: Jason Aaron. Should I be reading his "Ghost Rider" and his arc on "Black Panther"? I've heard great things about his Vertigo title "Scalped" but never read it, and his Marvel stuff seems to be getting good reviews.

Yes, you should be reading Ghost Rider. I haven't read Scalped either, but Ghost Rider has been great since Aaron took over. :) As for Black Panther, is he just doing the Secret Invasion arc, or is he staying on after that? If he's just doing the Secret Invasion, I guess that depends on how much you like seeing the Black Panther beat up Skrulls...

After the SI arc, Black Panther is either on hiatus or cancelled depending on who you ask. What they ARE doing, however, is a Storm mini (branded as X-Men: Worlds Apart) which appears to be intended to break up her and T'Challa.

instead of making a new thread (since we're talking about writers), how's Brubaker been doing on Daredevil. i've never really really read any Daredevil, nut i'm loving his work on Captain America (which i'd also never read before and now almost own the whole series) and i've been enjoying his X-Men. just thought i'd ask, 'cause i've been thinking about getting, but 1) i don't know how much i've missed 2)i don't know how it's going.

The first arc (Daredevil in jail) was quite fun. The second one got bogged down at the end in hitting the reset button for most of the loose ends from Bendis's run. The third one (the big Mr Fear storyline) was very depressing and no fun at all (poor Milla...). The last one (co-written by Rucka) picked up quite a bit, with Daredevil getting a clear win for the first time in ages. I hope Brubaker has now found his footing. The next storyline with Lady Bullseye does not look like it could allow for overdone angst, so I'm reasonnably hopeful.

It's nowhere as good as his Captain America, though.

Am I the only one who likes Brubaker's work on Daredevil over his work on Captain America? How many years can the Captain America title revolve around the Red Skull?!? :?

Yes, you should be reading Ghost Rider, (though the new artist isn't as good), and Black Panther, the "Get Mystique!" arc on Wolverine, his upcoming "Wolverine: Manifest Destiny", and even get Scalped and the TPB of "The Other Side" as well!!! And you should worship the ground he walks on while you're at it! :D

EDIT: Oh yeah, I'm getting 18 this week...geez, Marvel, it's either "ALL OR NOTHING" with you, isn't it? Some weeks are dead, some are filled to the brim...
