Founding of Damage Control

Post by Paul Bourcier »

In this week's World War Hulk Aftersmash: Damage Control #3, it is revealed that Tony Stark, Anne Marie Hoag, and Wilson Fisk drew up the charter for Damage Control "right after the Hulk smashed up Avengers Mansion for the first time." Anyone know when that happened? Stark later sold his stake in Damage Control because he thought being in business with a gangster like Fisk would morally compromise him.

In one of the first few issues of Avengers, I think.

It was Avengers: Earth's Mightiest Heroes #1. Pissed, the Hulk jumps out through the wall, smashing out the side of the building. That night Stark employees are fixing up the place on scaffolding.

Thanks, Fury. A quick check of Avengers came up empty, so I might have figured it was a continuity implant. How could I not remember good ol' A:EMH 1?
