Unanswered questions

Has it been explained anywhere as to how Spider-woman got her powers back?
How is Mockingbird alive? How did Skrockingbird know the birthday for Bobbi & Clint's lost kid?
It appears that Norman and Co. are in control of Avengers Tower. Didn't Stark own that building?

We'll probably learn more about that in the elusive new Spider-Woman series, but from what I remember of NEW AVENGERS #42, the Skrull-infiltrated Hydra may have given them back to her before switching her with the Skrull Queen (as first shown in NEW AVENGERS #14-15's flashbacks).

Explained in the current NEW AVENGERS: THE REUNION mini : the Skrulls made the switch not long before her "death".

As explained in SECRET INVASION #8/INVINCIBLE IRON MAN #8/DARK AVENGERS #1 : Stark gave Avengers Tower to SHIELD while he was in charge, and Obsorn took it from there when HAMMER was created from the remains of SHIELD.

That was the "promise" they used to lure her in. It would make no sense for them to have actually fulfilled it.

Seriously? Those stories came out 15 years ago. Is it explained to be something non-SI related?
