Not a 100 percent sure on the Daredevil Saga the other 2 were digital first.

I'm fairly new to reading comics online, so maybe I'm easier to please, but yes, I've found some comics on their website are better to navigate through than others...sometimes the "smart panels" don't get close enough to make it easy to read, (in which case, I have to switch over to "single-page" format). It's not perfect, but hey, it's allowing me to continue reading Marvel comics. :)
Take a look at http://goldenagecomics.co.uk/ - where there's a bunch of public domain comics for download in CBR format - and then download CDisplay from http://cdisplay.techknight.com/ to view an example on.

I mentioned this to a friend on another message board where we were discussing this, and I think I'll just quote it here:

"I'd prefer it not to be downloadable...my hard drive is crammed full as it is! Really, I think there's a distinction here that needs to be addressed: If I want to pay for "ownership" of the material, I'm going to buy the comic, not a download that'll take up my hard drive!"
Well:
1) So long as it's only available online, you're at the mercy of Marvel continuing to provide the service in that exact form - c.f. the long-lost CyberComics [this also applies to DRM-ed downloads, of course]
2) So long as it's only available online, you need an active internet connection - no reading comics on your laptop on a train, for instance (mobile [cellphone] "fair use" limits are so low that that's not an option). And if you don't have a laptop, or don't have a wireless connection to use the laptop elsewhere in your house, no reading in bed either.
3) People DO buy downloads these days. My sisters have a huge collection of stuff bought from the iTunes store (I can't stand iTunes, myself). I presume that any music your pal buys is on CD? External hard drives aren't particularly dear either - a 99p download of a £3 ($4) comic would save me £2. At that rate, I'd only need to buy 25 comics digitally to pay for a decent-sized external drive that would be good for a LOT more than 25 comics.

Sure, that's why I was trying to wind you up :-P

So, with the older issues, are extras like the letter pages and Bullpen Bulletins included?

No, it's just the actual story pages. These are story collections, (online reprints) not vintage reproductions of the entire comics.

Ah. I shall keep my money, then. (And no doubt spend it later on print comics.)
