Don Pendleton should receive thanks for the first issue, due the acknowledged influence of the Executioner. (Walter Gibson, to a lesser degree, as well, for the acknowledged influence of the Shadow).

A mention in the NOTE section of the first Punisher issue we cover, maybe. But Special Thanks are generally reserved for people who actually help us out on putting together an Index issue.

Well, youse fellers need an extra hand, I have quite a collection of both Punisher and Ghost Rider.
