ULTIMATE SPIDER-MAN #130 (March, 2009)

SYNOPSIS:
The police interrogate Aunt May about Spider-Man’s real identity until Manhattan is suddenly flooded. As Spider-Man helps survivors, Xavier contacts him (and others, but that’s not shown) to say that Magneto is responsible. Aunt May helps trapped police until Spider-Woman swings by. Peter’s friends get to safety. Later, Spider-Man faces off against the Hulk.

NOTE:
The Xavier scene is repeated from Ultimatum #1. This issue was published two months after that issue, so it’s just a reminder scene.

ULTIMATE SPIDER-MAN #131 (April, 2009)

FLASHBACK:
J. Jonah Jameson watches as Spider-Man saves people in the flooded Manhattan.
SYNOPSIS:
Jonah tells Joe Robertson he was wrong about Spider-Man. Meanwhile, Spider-Woman almost reveals who she is to Aunt May (but not quite). Hulk and Spider-Man team up to save survivors. Spider-Man finds Daredevil’s corpse. Suddenly, Dr. Strange’s house explodes.

ULTIMATE SPIDER-MAN #132 (July, 2009)

SYNOPSIS:
Mary Jane sends Shadowcat to look for Spider-Man. Meanwhile, Nightmare attacks Spider-Man and Hulk. Hulk freaks out and beats the tar out of Nightmare, causing an explosion.

ULTIMATE SPIDER-MAN #133 (June, 2009)

SYNOPSIS:
Hulk goes on a rampage and then jumps away. Spider-Woman and Shadowcat look for Spider-Man but only find his mask. Mary Jane, Gwen and Kong return to May Parkers house, followed shortly by Shadowcat, who is carrying Peter’s mask. Everyone cries.

NOTE:
Don’t worry, Spider-Man is found alive in ULTIMATUM:SMR 2.
