Again, I’ just looking at the Ultimate characters for now.
AVENGERS v5 #41 (April, 2015)

Maker (also in fb), Nick Fury (in fb), Spider-Man (Morales, in fb), City II (all Ultimate)
FLASHBACK:
Six months ago, Nick Fury is rebuilding SHIELD and secretly recruits the Maker (Reed Richards). Fury also gives him a lab and equipment to work with. Spider-Man swings by the Triskelion (or, a new one that’s being constructed).
SYNOPSIS:
Maker shows up for work and City (a new one, which replaces the old destroyed one) tells him that the last time he checked, there were thousands of alternate realities; now, there are less than two dozen. A new incursion happens, so Richards investigates and meets Namor’s Cabal.
NOTE:
Alternate realities were (more or less) constantly attacking the Ultimate Universe in ULTF.F. 1-6. The same thing is happening to the Marvel Universe in this volume of Avengers (they’re called incursions in Avengers).
Maker mentions he’s already destroyed 67 alternate worlds during incursions to save his world.
