Synopsis:
Pg1-pg34
Captain Pepper has kidnapped a girl(Sally Warne) and is holding her captive in his rave club, so the Punisher and Stuart set about rescuing her. They storm the club but the Punisher is drugged with a hallucinogen, so he has to fight his way through while seeing cartoon characters. He eventually finds Sally and Captain Pepper, who reveals that he only kidnapped Sally to get to the Punisher. He’s using two creatures(Mister Jingle & Mister Jangle) to eat people’s dreams, and he turns those into hallucinogens. He wanted to use the Punisher’s dreams for a new drug. The Punisher breaks free and rescues Sally. The End.

The Punisher and Stuart are still buddies, so definitely sometime before Punisher War Journal v2 #18. The Punisher passes the Rhino in the hall while he’s storming the rave club; the Rhino is bandaged, so probably shortly after Punisher War Journal v2 #15. So most likely between Punisher War Journal v2 15 & 16.
