As for Hurricane and Pluto, they were later revealed to be Makkari and Kro, respectively. Also, I’m not taking ANY stock in any of their aliases used in any of these appearances. They’re obviously names they came up with on the fly, and not actual aliases, with the possible exception of “Harry Kane”, if only because he used that one more than once. Also, "Mike Cury" is very close to "Mike Curry", so there you go.

I don't know if it really matters, but Captain America Comics 3/5 is a true story from history (well, it may be a legend, but most historians accept it as true). You can find it within the context of Histiaeus's (a more common spelling of Istiaeus) life here: http://messagenet.com/myths/ppt/Histiaeus_1.html and http://www.bambooweb.com/articles/h/i/H ... letus.html

Apparently Harry Kane was one of those popular names used in Timely Comics.

Besides being an alias of Makkari/Hurricane, it was also the name of Hurricane (Harry Kane), super-fast criminal of the 1870s from Two-Gun Kid #70, and Dr. Harry Kane, husband of heroine Spider-Queen (Shannon Kane) from Eagle #2.
