Captain America Comics #9/1
Josiah Harrow's testament is to be read up, but a mysterious masked man is killing off the heirs. Cap and Bucky stop him, revealing that he was one of the heirs, in cohorts with the attorney. The attorney knew that the estate was to be divided equally among the living heirs, and the two planned on killing the others and dividing the estate among themselves.

Mobster Nick Pinto has been executed, but strangely enough turns up alive to continue his criminal carreer. As he is captured again, Cap and Bucky reveal that the doctor responsible for the exeution was really in cohorts with Pinto, faked his death, and helped him escape.
