Leoparis, your flashback notations have brief plot synopses, but we;ll need that same info for the main story, again, with scenes and time passage noted with appropriate page/panel ranges. Thanks!

The whole story is told as if there are no breaks but some are possible and I will indicate them. It is written as if it occurs in April 1945, shortly before Twelve 1.

1-5 The story opens in forresty hills with no indication of time and place. Dynamic man attacks a nazi post. He's observed by Phantom Reporter and American troops. This is the first meeting between DM and PR.
Possible break here
6-11 PR is driven by African American Corporal Stevens who tells him how he met Black Widow "in the middle of winter" "outisde of Tillet" with the 761st. Their jeep is attacked, Stevens is killed. They"re rescued by Electro and the Howling Commandos. Fury has his patch on the eye, so this must be after April 7.
flashback: (6:3-6/7:1-4) The Black Widow massacres German soldiers in a bunker
12-15The Howling Commandoes paint "Berlin or Bust on Electro" They drive to camp. We can see Whizzer, Destroyer, Blazing Skull and a flying super-strong character too small to identify (Namor? Captain Wonder?) PR meets master mind Excello and Human Torch in the command tent. PR leaves the tent and sees Captain Wonder, Mister E, Patriot, Union Jack, Black Marvel, Red Raven. He's told they have entertainers that night.
(possible break)
16-18 At night, Blue Blade is on the stage. PR is bored, leaves with Mr E, they meet the Witness who tells them of his visit to Auschwitz (17:5-6/18:1-3).
19-23 That night PR can't sleep, he sees Rockman, Vision, Dynamic Man and shadows them to the command tent. Inside they along with Blue Diamond, Whizzer, Ms America, and Human Torch are briefed by Captain America and Mastermind Excello of an incoming raid at Kohnstein. They extracted intelligence from the labor camps at Mittelbau-Dora.
24-30 Raid starts. They go underground. Cap sees Red Skull, leaves others to go after him. PR, MME and BD go in another durection; They hear an explosion and are separated. PR sees Cap pinned down to the ground by a steel beam. He helps him.
(This sequence is supposed to be concurrent with Cap's last duel with Red Skull but I remember Cap going in this bunker along with Patriot, Red Guardian and Spirit of '76 in Cap Annual 13)
31-33 Electro, The Angel, Captain Wonder line up prisoners. PR is briefed outside of the facility in flames, there was no sign of the Red Skull, Everett and Blue Diamond recovered the Lance of destiny, Ms America and the Whizzer are having sex, Human Torch is briefed on his next target: Hitler. DM delivered some SS to Dennis Burton (who executes them). PR is to turn all this in front page material. He asks where is Cap. He's back on the job (we see him falling from the drone plane)
The problem with this sequence is that by the time this raid is over, Cap's final mission against Zemo is also over. We can assume that Cap falling from the drone isn't concurrent with the briefing but a clue of what the next mission is and irony about Cap being indestructible.
34 soldiers fighting in hills
35-36 The Twelve charging in front of the Brandenburg gate
