6-7 He goes to Warren Worthington's jazz club with a lady, where he gets a bottle compliments of Mr Howard Stark. His skin starts rotting.
8-9 Pr Horton explains he got infected by the frog and gives him an acid bath to clean him of his rotting skin. He has a green robotic body.

14-16 He remembers how he was first unveiled nine months ago. He has a visitor, Elanor who isn't repelled by his robotic appearance and gives him a pep talk.

22-23 Gets the key to the city. He has his human look in the photographs. Many women want to see him. But he went on his first Valentine with Elanor.

Chronology: from 19 or 20 Dec 1939, to New Year. Valentine is either referring to Feb 14 or to his romantic date with Elanor.

This father-son relationship is new to me. Horton's address is public knowledge and they are part of high society. This is so different from existing stories that I can only think that this is non-continuity.
