1-3 Daytime in a hidden Hessian hamlet (but within sight of a tall city building), the Liberty Legionnaires Ms America, Whizzer and Blue Diamond rescue Agent Twelve from farmers controlled by Brain Drain. Ms America and Whizzer mention they are engaged.
4 "Soon, over the Atlantic" Ms America flies Agent Twelve to England,
5 "Later back in America" Madeline with her uncle James. Last month she insisted on joining the USO and then disappearead in the middle of the Pacific. She gets his help in working in the Hogarth shipyard.
6-8 Maddie starts working and meets other workers after work she prowls around.
9-22 "lunch break" Ms America catches Carol and exposes Madame Mauzer who attacks her with her Ubermadchen. She's overcome but the yardship workers help her. She flies to the German Alps where she helps Whizzer and Blue Diamond capture Brain Drain.

Since Ms America and Whizzer are still Liberty Legionnaires, that's before they join the Invaders. Tentatively I put it after Invaders Vol. 2 #4
