Human Torch/Namor in Marvel Mystery Comics 8

The listing for Marvel Mystery Comics #8 is incorrect for both the Human Torch and the Sub-Mariner. It has the first two stories taking place back-to-back. These stories actually take place simultaneously, and the final pages of each story are synchronous, showing the characters' initial battle first from Namor's perspective, then from the Torch's. Those final pages are nearly identical, but have minor differences in dialogue and pacing; one story might use two or three panels for something the other story covered in a panel.
I can correct it, but I have a newbie question. When listing synchronous appearances, should we list the whole section, or break it down by panel? For instance, should I note 8:3~16:1-2, 8:4~16:3, and so on? Or is it enough to just say 7:6-9:5~15:2-17:3?
