Introduction and interviews with Death's Head included here, with Death's Head discussing his career with an unknown reporter, which take place some time after the events of DH 10, although the reporter suggests that he has access to records from earlier in his timeline.

The afterword by some dumb stubbie mentions working on "an all-new graphic novel, The Body in Question" and a "gothic" miniseries, also with Geoff Senior, that clearly never happened :( [Includes a design sheet for a new costume for that mini...], so going with as close to publication order as possible given the ending of DH 10...
