ULTIMATE FANTASTIC FOUR #42 (July, 2007)

SYNOPSIS:
Everyone is quarantined because they went to the 15th Century. Thing is no longer blue (it only lasted a week). Reed finishes his cube-shaped device, but it has no power source. He has Sue choose a star in an alternate universe, and he targets it to drain and power his device. Unfortunately, it turns out not to be a star, but a being powered by a star, and it’s being pulled to Earth through several universes.

ULTIMATE FANTASTIC FOUR #43 (August, 2007)

SYNOPSIS:
The Silver Searcher arrives in this universe on Earth and the Fantastic Four try to stop him from crashing into New York City; they knock him out. The Baxter Building calls Nick Fury, who sends Carol Danvers to oversee things. Danvers locks the Silver Searcher up in a Hulk containment device, but he easily breaks free.

ULTIMATE FANTASTIC FOUR #44 (September, 2007)

SYNOPSIS:
The Silver Searcher flies to the Baxter Building, where he summons his master, the Psycho-Man. Psycho-Man arrives in New York and enraptures everyone but the Fantastic Four. When he figures out their altered brain patterns, he enraptures them s well, and transports everyone on Earth to his home reality.

ULTIMATE FANTASTIC FOUR #45 (October, 2007)

FLASHBACK:
Psycho-Man uses technology to make his entire planet happy. His adopted son, Norrin Radd, feels unconditional happiness is slavery, so he turns off the machines. Everyone goes insane and murders each other. Psycho-Man turns Norrin into the Silver Searcher and sends him into space to find a new populace for Psycho-Man.
SYNOPSIS:
Zenn-La has been repopulated with Earth’s population, and they live a happy, care-free life. The Silver Searcher sends his surfboard to Reed Richards and coaxes his memory back. Reed free Sue and Johnny and breaks the Silver Searcher free of his prison, but can’t revive Ben. Psycho-Man sends his enforcers to take care of them.

ULTIMATE FANTASTIC FOUR #46 (November, 2007)

FLASHBACK:
Silver Searcher says goodbye to the Fantastic Four (during main story).
SYNOPSIS:
The Fantastic Four break into Psycho-Man’s citadel, but can’t find any machinery to switch off. They’re attacked by Psycho-Man’s enforcers. Defeating them, the Fantastic Four meet the Psycho-Man, and bet him Earth’s populace that if he lets Reed’s sister free of his influence and choose Psycho-Man’s enforced happiness or freedom, they’ll abide by her choice. Enid chooses to go home with Reed. Psycho-Man, enraged, tries to drive Reed insane by giving him control of his technology. Reed free Earth’s populace, transports them all home, and enslaves Psycho-Man to eternal happiness.

NOTE:
All of thee issues were published during the time Ultimate Power was being published. Nick Fury appears here, and Nick Fury moves to the Supreme Power universe at the end of Ultimate Power, so this has to happen before that.
