FLASHBACKS:
Eons ago, Thor, Loki and Balder battle Frost Giants. Meanwhile, Odin has Ulik forge Mjolnir (fb-fb). 1939: Baron Zemo gets a regiment of 1,000 men from Himmler because he found a way to enter Asgard (fb, 8-9). 1939: Before activating the norn stones he found to enter Asgard, Baron Zemo contacts the Frost Giants (fb, 19-21). Nazis and Frost Giants storm Asgard (fb, 1-4).
SYNOPSIS:
Prof. Braddock and Captain Britain call Dr. Donald Blake for help with Thor, who is sequestered in the European super soldier initiative headquarters scribbling Norse runes on the floor. Blake, a psychologist and linguist, chats with Thor.

Asgard defeats the Frost Giants (fb-fb-fb). Eons ago: Asgard, having just defeated the Frost Giants, holds a celebration (fb, 2-8). Odin explains to Thor how Asgard works (fb-fb, 11-13). Loki visits his mother, who tells Loki to get her the norn stones (fb, 16-17). 1939: Baron Zemo tells the Frost Giants how to enter Asgard (fb, 9-10). Baron Zemo, his army of Nazis and the Frost Giants enter Asgard. Baron Zemo kills Heimdall and takes off his mask, revealing himself to be Loki (18-22).
SYNOPSIS:
Prof. Braddock wonders what to do about Thor.

ULTIMATE THOR #3 (February, 2011)

They and the Frost Giants then storm Asgard (fb, 1-5). The Asgardians fights back against the Frost Giants (fb, 9-11). Odin banishes Loki and Mammoth kills Odin (fb, 14-22).

ULTIMATE THOR #4 (April, 2011)

FLASHBACK:
Baron Zemo (Loki) makes sure Helmutt knows what to do.
SYNOPSIS:
Thor remembers everything now, so Dr. Blake reveals he’s actually Balder. Thor tells Prof. Braddock to make his power source a hammer. Months later, Thor is helping third world nations and gives TV interviews. He meets with Nick Fury but declines joining the Ultimates. Later, Helmutt uses the norn stones to free Loki from his banishment. Balder and Thor are worried. When the Hulk attacks Manhattan (repeated from ULTS 5), Thor decides to get involved in the world of super heroes at Balder’s suggestion.
