SYNOPSIS:
Spider-Man runs out of webbing, but his pal Ganke points out they have Peter Parker’s chemical formula to make more. Meanwhile, Venom destroys Osborn Industries. Maria Hill asks Jonah questions about Betty Brant; Jonah realizes she was killed because she “knew” who Spider-Man is. Reporters show up at Miles’ house wanting to interview his dad about fighting Hydra, but he doesn’t want to talk to them. Suddenly, Venom attacks Miles’ dad (because he thinks Jefferson is Spider-Man).

NOTE:
Dr. Marcus is revealed to be the Venom symbiote's new host in ULTCSM 22.

ULTIMATE COMICS SPIDER-MAN #20 (April, 2013)

Gwen Stacy and Mary Jane hear about the Venom attack and chat with Miles. Det. Maria Hill sees the girls arrive and figures out Miles is Spider-Man. Meanwhile, Venom attacks the hospital.

ULTIMATE COMICS SPIDER-MAN #22 (June, 2013)

SYNOPSIS:
Spider-Man hears about Venom attacking the hospital and leaves to help. Venom looks for Jefferson, but Rio somehow finds a gun and shoots Venom (to no effect). Spider-Man arrives and uses his Venom blast to shock the suit; when that happens the police shoot the host, killing him. Rio takes a stray bullet, figures out Miles is Spider-Man and dies.

NOTE:
Well, I didn’t see that one coming.

ULTIMATE COMICS SPIDER-MAN #23 (July, 2013)

Miles goes out to eat with his dad and their waitress is Gwen Stacy. She tries to talk him into coming out of retirement, but they’re interrupted when a fight between Bombshell and Cloak & Dagger destroys the front of the restaurant.

Cloak & Dagger fight Bombshell while Miles Morales watches. Later, he decides to stay in retirement.

SYNOPSIS:
Spider-Man and Spider-Woman stop Bombshell from running away and chat with her. Meanwhile, the Roxxon scientists send Taskmaster after Cloak & Dagger. Soon after, Taskmaster attacks Spider-Man, Spider-Woman and Bombshell II.

NOTE: The older Bombshell is called Lana here. The younger Bombshell has been called both Lana and Lori in the past.

ULTIMATE COMICS SPIDER-MAN #27 (November, 2013)

Cloak and Dagger contemplate attacking Roxxon for what they did to them, but they’re distracted by and explosion. They meet up with Spider-Man and his pals and together they defeat Taskmaster. The group leaves to attack Roxxon.

NOTE:
The younger Bombshell is called “Lana” again here, despite her mother being called “Lana” last issue. I’m sticking with Lana is the younger’s name with “Lori” as a nickname, and I guess her mother is Lana as well.

ULTIMATE COMICS SPIDER-MAN #28 (December, 2013)

Spider-Man and his pals beat up Mr. Roxxon, then they beat up the Roxxon brain trust. Spider-Woman has Mr. Roxxon arrested. Miles tells Ganke that he’s Spider-Man again, then considers asking his dad about his past. Black Widow (Director of SHIELD) yells at Spider-Woman, because now SHIELD is losing their military contracts with Roxxon. Spider-Woman tells her that they may have a new team of Ultimates.

NOTE:
Mr. Roxxon is revealed to be -BTS in ULTCSM 1 here.

And that's it! To be continued in Hunger/Cataclysm, where Earth-616 Galactus eats the Ultimate universe, or something.
