Chicago!

Is it that time already? Time flies when you're having fun, I guess!

The Wizard World Chicago Comicon is coming up in a few weeks, June 27-29. I'm planning on being there all three days, anyone else going?

The show's over, and I had a blast! As I do every year, I probably spent too much... but I finally finished off my Captain America collection, rounded off some holes in my Daredevil & Fantastic Four runs, and went a little Giant-Size crazy, among some other things. Mrs. Fury finished off her Hellblazer collection, which made her happy.

I was able to thank Brian Bendis for bringing Fury back in such a kick-ass way, ran into John Suntries of Wordballoon like, eight times,(he's all over the place!) made an ass of myself at Prize or No Prize in front of Tom Brevoort, but kind of redeemed myself at the Your Marvel Universe panel/chat, I suppose.

I'm totally stoked at the announcement of two new series following Secret Invasion; Secret Warriors(a Nick Fury ongoing!) and the long-awaited Spider-Woman series. Also, the Secret invasion: Inhumans mini WILL pick up and address the stuff left over from Silent War, so that makes me happy.

So yeah, a good weekend. :)
