1) In M/TU 150, Peter thinks about the black costume and talks about needing Reed Richards to get it off him. If this really takes place just after WOSM 1, presumably that encounter with the costume would be higher up in his mind.
2) A few pages before that, Peter thinks about the Black Cat and refers to her as "my girl", which strongly implies this takes place before PPTSS 100.
3) While in costume, Peter refers to the Osborns' baby as "due soon". Since the baby is born in ASM 263, this must take place before that.
So I'd suggest that M/TU be moved as follows:

I don't see anything in PPTSS 99 to suggest that it must take place first, so I'd move M/TU 150 way up.
