There's a two-page "Write Your Own Spider-Man Story!" spread in Spider-Man Magazine v3 2 (this one: http://spiderfan.org/comics/title/spide ... ne_v3.html). The pages have original art that make up a short Spidey story, but empty speech balloons. Should the art here be considered canon? It's basically just like a wordless comic, so I would be inclined to say that it counts.
If so, Spider-Man obviously appears, but I don't recognize any of the other characters. Maybe some of you can recognize the bad guy. It looks like he has some kind of shocker-type devices on his wrists/hands.
As for placements, there aren't really many clues. Spidey is in his red-and-blues, but that's about it.

Looks like Ultimate Shocker to me.
I doubt it could be considered canon - but if it is, it would be Ultimate U.

oh yeah, you're right, totally ultimate shocker. since i don't really care about the ultimate u, i'll let it go, but i still think it should be counted.
