Emperor Doom-Is Doom a Doombot?

I've been looking over the Marvel Chronology Project and it doesn't seem like we adequately solved the problem of where to place Marvel Graphic Novel 27- Emperor Doom. Under Namor's entry, we state that MGN 27 precedes his appearance in Avengers 263. Under Doom's entry,we state that MGN 27 takes place after Fantastic Four 287-288. The problem is that Avengers 263 and Fantastic Four 286 are a crossover, and Avengers 263 takes place before Fantastic Four 286. So basically, we're saying that Emperor Doom took place both before and after Avengers 263.
The problem is that Doom is in control of Latveria in Emperor Doom and Namor isn't an Avenger when this story takes place. Trouble is, Doom's body is destroyed in FF260 and he's stuck in a bystander's body, unable to enter Latveria. He finally gets his real body back in FF288. Unfortunately, Namor's an Avenger in Avengers 263, which crosses over with FF286. And Reed references the events of FF286 at the start of FF287, so we can't say that FF287-288 take place before FF286. It seems to me that the simplest way out of this problem is to declare the Doom in Emperor Doom a Doombot. Does anyone disagree?
