New Marvels on December 30

Post by Col_Fury »

NOTHING
Seriously. With this week's federal holiday pushing next week's books back, and next week there being another federal holiday on the day they would have shipped, nothing ends up being shipped.

So get caught up on your reading, take the week easy, and prepare yourself for the Siege in Janurary. :)

Marvel's website has Fall of the Hulks: Alpha this week:

I didn't see it on the stands last week?

That's a NYEE con-exclusive variant of an issue which came out weeks back, ja?

Shops aren't getting deliveries this week. Some got Blackest Night #6 last week and were told to hold it back to this week (how many did is an open question), and Marvel did something similar with their free Origins of Siege promo-thing and a couple of non-comic bits, seen here.

Gahhh, I'm an idiot. I thought it was the other Hulk one-shot (Gamma?) - f!@#% these non-numeric "numbering" schemes.

Did Gamma really ship last week? My store didn't have it, but I'm never sure if that's because of schedule slippage from Marvel or general incompetency in the store (and the people working there are mostly useless).

Yup, FotH: Gamma's out.

[And if you're having trouble with Alpha & Gamma, you're going to love the crossover trade dress. It's the same as Alpha, with "Fall of the Hulks" as the main logo and the actual series name and issue number in smaller, plain text above that in the black area :)]
