Human Cannonball in T 173?
Avengers Index v2 #1 lists Thor #173 as the next appearance of most of the Circus of Crime after Avengers #60. Human Cannonball's next appearance is noted as Daredevil #118, which suggests that he doesn't appear in Thor #173. And Olshevsky's Thor Index does not list Human Cannonball in Thor #173. However, the MCP lists him in T 173. Is he really there?

He is in the first panel on pages 6, he even has two lines of dialogue.
"Who is that nut?" and "Where'd he come from?"
But that is the only place I can find him.
