This story is told from the viewpoint of a woman thinking she is stalked by Spider-Man.
The flashbacks are told in sequence, they do not appear in the current chronology nor in the index

She's in the Daily Bugle with Jonah Jameson "Bugle publisher" to get photographed by Peter Parker for the Bugle's front page, she doesn't recognize him.

The index puts this between ASM #528 and #529 but Parker wasn't a Bugle photographer anymore by then. If FB4 can be identified, FB5 occurs not long after (the time it takes to get a restraing order, write a blog about it and get called in by the Bugle)

What is wearing Sandman? If it's his Frightful Four costume? If so, it could be Marvel Team-Up 1.

He's got his classic tee shirt... but that's probably the best one. So far all those flashbacks are tied to past appearances.

Now looking for the Rhino placement, I can't remember a fight in a café though that could be a previously unseen part of a fight in New York and given the nature of the story in FNSM (spanning 50 years and going into the future) we could even look for a placement after the date of publication.

What were the periods when Parker was a photographer for the Bugle?
He joined Tri-Corp in 1999 (ASM 1), then became a high school teacher under JMS, then worked for Tony Stark, then he was jobless during the BND era until he joined Horizon Labs in the Big Time era.

Since the Rhino was a Hulk villain during the 70s that leaves the 80s and 90s appearances of the Rhino to sift through...
